Privacy Policy

PIC collects only what it needs to answer you, run memberships and fill store orders, never sells your personal information, and uses no advertising trackers. This policy covers padelinnercircle.com, its forms, the PIC Member Store and the PIC emails you receive. It is run by Padel Inner Circle LLC, 801 Brickell Bay Dr., Apt 865, Miami, FL 33131.
What we collect

Who we share it with
Only what each needs, never for their own marketing:
- The brand that ships your order: your name, shipping address, phone and the items you bought.
- Service providers that run the site for us: Supabase (database and sign-in, in the United States), Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (sends our emails), Stripe (payments), and the brands' store platforms such as Shopify and SHOPLINE (to place your order with the brand).
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Emails
We email you about your forms, membership and orders. Member news and offers only if you opted in; you can switch that off in your store account or by replying to any email.
How long we keep it
Form messages: 2 years after our last contact. Membership and order records: as long as you're a member, and order records for 7 years for tax and accounting.
Your choices
Email hello@padelinnercircle.com to see, correct, download or delete your information, or to stop emails. We answer within 30 days. Some records (like past orders) we must keep for tax reasons. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have more rights; email us to use them.
Security
Access to member and order data is limited to PIC staff, connections are encrypted, and payment details stay with Stripe.
Children
The site and store are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page and, for important changes, tell members by email.
