Shipping Policy

Each brand ships its products to you directly from its own warehouse, so an order from three brands arrives as three packages, each at its own pace.
Where we ship
To addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We don't ship internationally yet.
What shipping costs
Each brand's shipping is shown at checkout for your address, before you pay. Some brands ship free, some have a PIC member shipping deal, and others charge their own standard rate. You pay one total for everything.
When it ships
We place your order with each brand within minutes of payment. Most brands ship within 1 to 3 business days; delivery then usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the brand and your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Your order page in the store shows each brand's status. For tracking details on any package, email hello@padelinnercircle.com.
Address
Please check your address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once a brand has shipped it. If a package comes back because the address was wrong, we refund the items minus the shipping, or reship at your cost.
Lost or late packages
If a package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, email us. We work it out with the brand and the carrier, and arrange a replacement or refund when the package is lost.
